THE COMPANY:

 

Mobile Image is a small privately-owned business based in Sydney Australia, specializing in the “wholesale” supply of our OB van to clients within the television, events and audiovisual industry.

 

Emphasis is placed on providing high-quality individualized service on a limited number of projects, and not building a commercial “empire”. Pricing is kept relatively low by being a small efficient operation, owning all our main equipment, and using our high level of in-house expertise in production and technology.

 

Peter and Su are here fulltime, but we depend on a web of freelancers and technical friends who supply valuable trade skills, expertise, wisdom, ideas and encouragement.

B.A. Uni NSW
Graduate Diploma in Media AFTRS
Amateur Radio License holder.

Peter has the advantage of having seen the industry both from the production and technical sides, and his former time spent in technical and corrective post-production, taught him not to turn out recorded crap that needs major surgery in the edit suite!

Su makes use of the mirror.

 

Su has a background in computer database programming, office computer administration, personnel training in IT skills, and helping people in getting used to computers in the workplace.

She is also trained in acting and has worked professionally as a theatre stage manager and lighting designer in London. She has also worked at Pinewood studios and in Soho on several computer animated and live-action feature films.
