for making Apple ProRes recordings to hard disk, for direct and immediate use by Final Cut Pro editors,

without any time required for ingest.

We recorded 25 hours of standard definition video on to one removable $300 disk pack!

After recording the show in the OB Van, remove the pack and plug it into your Mac via the 1394B Firewire connector.

The recorded files are then available immediately for editing, and can be archived to your server later on.

Finished edited work can be save to the disk pack and taken back to us (or another facility) to be copied back to a tape format, as the deliverable master copy.
